Use of the service
By using Rudood, you agree to use it for lawful business messaging, automation, orders, and bookings in a respectful way that follows the rules of the platforms you connect.
Account owner responsibility
The account owner is responsible for business information, prices, products, bot settings, and messages sent from the account. Rudood must not be used for spam, fraud, impersonation, or messaging people who have not contacted or permitted the business.
Meta channels
Facebook Messenger and Instagram support uses official Meta APIs, app permissions, and eligible business assets. Making those channels available to new customer businesses may require completed Meta App Review and Tech Provider access. Rudood cannot access personal inboxes or unsupported accounts.
Automated replies on Meta channels must follow Meta's messaging window and platform rules. Rudood does not provide bulk or broadcast messaging for Meta channels, and free-form customer replies may be blocked when the allowed response window is closed.
WhatsApp connection
Rudood's production WhatsApp integration uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta Embedded Signup. The business owns its WABA and number, adds its own payment method in Meta, and grants Rudood only the permissions needed to operate the channel. The production connection does not use QR sessions or an unofficial transport.
Free-form replies are limited to the permitted customer-service window; approved templates are required where applicable outside it, and opt-out requests must be honored. Automation starts with a short message that clearly identifies Rudood as the business's AI assistant without prompting the customer to request a person. A prompt, clear path to human support remains available whenever the customer requests it.
The business is responsible for applicable Meta or WhatsApp charges, templates, opt-ins, number quality, and message content. It may revoke Rudood's permission or disconnect the channel, but disconnecting Rudood does not delete the WABA from Meta or cancel charges owed there.
Tech provider access
When a business connects Meta assets to Rudood, the account owner authorizes access only for that business's Pages, Instagram accounts, scoped user identifiers, messages, and metadata needed to run the inbox, AI replies, human handoff, bookings, orders, and CRM workflows.
Each business must process Meta Platform Data only for its own lawful customer-support and business workflows, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business terms and policies, and applicable law. The business is responsible for required notices, lawful bases, consent or opt-in, and for honouring opt-out and deletion requests.
Rudood separates each customer's connected assets, credentials, conversations, and actions by tenant and channel account. A customer must not access, combine, sell, disclose, or use another customer's Meta Platform Data, or use Platform Data to train a shared or general-purpose AI model. We may suspend access that risks people, other tenants, Meta assets, or platform compliance.
AI
Rudood is primarily an inbox, CRM, order, booking, and human-support workflow service. Optional business-specific AI assistance is ancillary to those services; Rudood does not make a general-purpose AI assistant available through WhatsApp.
Rudood can generate replies, summaries, and suggestions, but outputs may require human review. Customers can ask for a human or stop automation at any time. Do not rely on the bot alone for sensitive financial, legal, or medical decisions.
WhatsApp Business Solution Data must not be used to create, train, or improve shared or general-purpose AI models. It may be processed only to provide the connected business's requested service through approved subprocessors acting on its instructions.
Trials and subscriptions
We may provide limited free trials, such as 7 days and 100 messages for public signup, or other plans depending on the offer. Features may stop after expiry, usage limits, or policy violations.
