Meta and Rudood deletion instructions
How to request deletion
To delete your Rudood account data or data connected through Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger, email:

Include your Rudood account email, business name, connected channel, and phone/page/account identifier if available. We will review the request and delete or disconnect data that is not required for legal or security retention.
Meta callback requests
The Meta Data Deletion Callback receives deletion requests from Meta and returns a confirmation code plus status URL. We then review the user/channel identifier and remove the related connection and data according to this policy.
What we delete or disconnect
This may include connected channels, Page IDs, Instagram business account IDs, scoped user IDs, access tokens, webhook subscriptions, conversations stored in Rudood, bot settings, temporary media, media metadata, non-essential operational logs, and account information related to the service.
Timeline
We acknowledge deletion requests after receipt and aim to complete deletion or disconnection within 30 days, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, backups, or legal compliance.
